May - it conjures up images of hot days, cold beers, and good times shared with great people. The beer and event lineup for this month is all you need to satisfy that summertime nostalgia. We'll be throwing a Tacky Tiki parking lot party that will include a free cornhole tournament. Plus, we'll be brewing the Pro-Am winner of Romancing the Beer this month, so look out for the beer release party coming early June.
Tacky Tiki Party
It's been seven long months since we hosted our anniversary party - we're tired of looking at an empty parking lot. May 20th we'll be hosting a tiki extravaganza, complete with parking lot beers, a free cornhole tournament, costume contest and tropical casks. We'll be going all out on the theme, so come prepared with your tackiest Tiki getup. Sign up early for the cornhole tournament: it's sure to fill up and we'll have awesome prizes for the winners.
May Specialty Pizza
For vegetarians and meat lovers alike, our new Veggie Tostada pizza is a perfect blend of fresh and savory flavors. Made with black bean sauce, roasted corn, romaine lettuce, tomato, cheddar and chipotle crema, this pizza has a little spice that'll pair perfectly with a crisp IPA.
Pro-tip if you prefer meat on your pizza: add pulled pork to take it to the next level.
Spice up your Tuesday night with some beer and brain power - Lamar is getting quizzical every Tuesday at 7 pm. Winners get IAC gift cards and a well deserved feeling of superiority.

DISSONANCE (GOLDEN STOUT) - TOMORROW!
Dissonance embodies all of the classic flavors of a stout: smooth vanilla, coffee and chocolate, with the color of a blonde ale. Served on nitro, this beer is extremely smooth and drinkable. It never lasts long, so come by and enjoy a pint.
SEDATION (HOPPY SESSION RED) - EARLY MAY
We've been out of this beer for a few weeks now, come celebrate the return of one of our lightest beers that's packed with citrusy, toasty flavors.
ELATION (RYE IPA) - EARLY MAY
This beer combines Nelson hops and rye malt, which creates a perfect contrasting blend of gooseberry flavor with a spicy bite. If you've been searching for an IPA with a ton of flavorful bitterness, look no further.
INSTITUTION IPA W/ GRAPEFRUIT ZEST & HABANERO (WEST COAST IPA) - MAY 20th!
We added grapefruit zest and habaneros to a small batch of our flagship IPA. The result is spicy with a complementary bitter fusion of hoppy and zesty. We're debuting this beer at our Tacky Tiki party!
VIRTUE (DOUBLE IPA) - MID MAY
One of our rotating doubles, Virtue returns to the tasting room in mid May. This double IPA is made with a touch of white wheat, giving it a soft mouthfeel with big Mosaic and Amarillo flavor.
FESTIVUS PRO-AM BEER (IMPERIAL STOUT) - JUNE 4th!
The winner of the Romancing the Beer homebrewer's competition was Festivus - an imperial stout made with cocoa nibs, coffee, vanilla, cinnamon and peppers. You can expect an awesome blend of sweet, malty, and spicy.
BATCH 130 (IPA) - LATE MAY
We'll be releasing a brand new IPA made with Simcoe and Mosaic cryo hops. This experimental IPA won't last long, don't miss out!
REVERIE (SUMMER RYE) - LATE MAY
Our summer seasonal will be back at the end of May! Coming in at 5.4% and made with rye, this pale ale is super crisp and refreshing, while having distinct fruit and spice character.
Plus, be on the lookout for experimental small batch projects and casks!
