COHERENCE (SESSION IPA) - TAPS TODAY!
Our double dry hopped session IPA. Coherence boasts huge hop character without the high abv, making it the perfect sessionable beer for these summer months. Coherence tapped today!
WHITE WALLS (WHITE IPA) - EARLY AUGUST
One of our most popular beers is coming back this week. Formerly our spring seasonal, White Walls has been promoted to year-round status. Despite being brewed more often, this 100% Citra hopped wheat IPA still goes fast, so grab some when it's available!
SCARY DAIRY (IMP. MILK STOUT W/ COCOA NIBS & VANILLA) - EARLY AUGUST
The newest batch of Scary Dairy is almost ready to make its debut in the new tasting room! For those unfamiliar, Scary Dairy is our imperial milk stout dosed with loads of cocoa nibs and vanilla beans. It's full bodied, decadent, and most importantly, delicious. If you haven't tried one of our beer floats yet (vanilla bean ice cream added to any of our beers), this one might be worth indulging in.
CLARITY (DRY HOPPED GOLDEN ALE) - EARLY AUGUST
Clarity went from tasting room newcomer to one of our most popular beers, and is now being brewed regularly. It's easy to see why it's a crowd favorite - it's crisp and refreshing, yet flavorful with vibrant hop character. It checks in at a sessionable 4.7% and returns soon!
ELATION (RYE IPA) - EARLY AUGUST
One of our favorites - a double dry hopped IPA with Citra and Nelson hops. The aggressive hopping is complemented by a heavy use of rye malt. Coming soon and won't be around long!
DISSONANCE (GOLDEN STOUT) - MID AUGUST
Our first batch of Dissonance went quick and its replacement is still a couple of weeks out from going on tap. Our nitrogen infused golden stout is packed full of Beacon coffee, vanilla beans, and cocoa nibs, making it every bit as rich and flavorful as a tradition stout yet blonde in color.
ATTRITION (DOUBLE IPA) - MID AUGUST
Attrition is one of our newer double IPAs that popped up briefly at our old location. It's everything you'd want in a good double IPA - it's super bitter, super dry, and super hoppy. It will replace our other two double IPAs on tap, Disarray and Virtue.
2016 BAD SCENE (IMPERIAL STOUT) - MID AUGUST
This year's Bad Scene is weighing in at 12% abv and packing the familiar imperial stout characteristics - a big chewy mouthfeel, a roasty and chocolaty malt backbone, and a sweet yet bitter finish. We're absolutely loving how this batch turned out and can't wait to share it with you in a few weeks.
2016 VANILLA BAD SCENE (IMPERIAL STOUT) - MID AUGUST
We pumped 100 gallons of 2016 Bad Scene into an experiment tank that was dosed heavily with vanilla beans. This small batch will go on tap alongside the regular version of 2016 Bad Scene.
BATCH #032 (IPA) - LATE AUGUST
On top of some of our favorite beers returning this month, we're also brewing a few new recipes. Recipes that are brewed for the first time will be branded by their batch number and will only be available in our tasting room. Grab these experimental recipes while you can and let us know what you think!
BATCH #033 (DOUBLE IPA) - LATE AUGUST
Another experimental batch, a higher abv IPA that should hit the taps at the very end of the month.
Plus, be on the lookout for experimental small batch projects and casks!
AUGUST SPECIALTY PIZZA
Each month we will be rotating a specialty pizza onto our menu. This month's pizza is BUFFALO CHICKEN, our thin crust style pizza with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, blue cheese, celery and green onions. It's the pizza equivalent of a hot wing and it pairs great with our hoppy offerings.
