Spring has sprung - and for us that means producing more beer than ever. We are releasing some new beers that are bound to become favorites - a brand new triple IPA, our spring seasonal IPA, and a classic west coast IPA. March is going to be a hoppy one! We decided to go with some classic flavors this month in our specialty pizza, sausage and mushroom with roasted red peppers. We are also starting to brew into our brand new 60 BBL tanks, so be sure to keep an eye out for our beers in more local restaurants and bars!

KEEP IT 100 - Batch 100 Release Party: Saturday, March 18th

We are releasing our brand new triple IPA on March 18th. It's only the second triple IPA we've ever brewed and surprisingly - it's packed with hops. The hop lineup includes Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. This beer is resiny and intense, come in and challenge your taste buds. We'll be pouring a specialty cask that day as well. Also, we still have a bit of The Surgeon on tap, stop in and grab some before it's gone until next year.

March Specialty Pizza

Sausage and mushroom are two of the most common pizza ingredients, but there's nothing ordinary about this pie. Crimini mushrooms impart a subtle earthy flavor that pairs perfectly with our house made fennel sausage and roasted red peppers. This pizza has crushed chili flakes on it as well, so be prepared for a kick. 

St. Patrick's Day

We will be open normal hours (11AM - 11PM) on Friday the 17th! We won't have green beer appearing in the tasting room, but we will be tapping a special cask of Frantic with Jameson soaked vanilla beans and oak chips. 

Tuesday Night Trivia

Every Tuesday at 7:00PM we host a special Institution trivia night with the most talented quiz master around. Every week we give out gift cards to the victors, so come test your random knowledge!

Our fruity, earthy pale ale returns to the tasting room today. As always, we run out of this beer quick, so come by and enjoy a pint. 

A spin-off of our 3rd anniversary beer, this beer is a classic west coast hop bomb. This beer came in at 7.8% and was generously hopped with Citra, Columbus and Simcoe. It was also given a huge dry hop, so expect a delicious aroma to match the taste.

This beer is brewed with rice, giving it a clean light body with an intense level of bitterness. Cascade hops give a grapefruity, spiced touch, while Mosaic and Centennial hops give this beer a liberal floral aroma.

Adding tangerine zest to our spring seasonal IPA really amplifies the citrus flavor in this beer that finishes with a pleasant sweetness.

We went all in for our second triple IPA this year: an abundance of Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops give this beer potent bitterness while an addition of white wheat leaves you with a full smooth mouthfeel. 

It's been at least a year since Centennial was last brewed! Centennial hops are floral and lemony, so come test your palate and taste the differences between this beer and our other Progress Pale on tap: Mosaic.

One of our "smaller" double IPAs, this beer rounds off at 8.9%. The lower alcohol percentage really showcases the hops: a dank balance of piney and citrusy.
