Summer is coming to an end, but there is still a lot happening at IAC this September! We have a handful of new beers, a new Indian-inspired pizza and the return of NFL football which means we'll open an hour earlier on Sundays and we will be serving our breakfast pizza. Featured Beer: Illusion, Session IPA, 4.5%
We’re excited to announce our new Session IPA, Illusion. Illusion is brewed with Amarillo, Azacca, and Mosaic hops. We brewed a pilot batch session IPA, Batch 149, and were so stoked on the results that we decided to promote it to one of our regular beers. Illusion is tropical and easy drinking with just the right about of bitterness. It has a nice full body and malt character, even at 4.5%.
September Specialty Pizza
This month's pizza is Tikka Masala! This Indian-inspired pizza has marinated chicken, masala, roasted bell pepper, cilantro and a lemon-dill sauce. It's savory, a bit citrusy and has a touch of spiciness. For optimum enjoyment, pair it with our Institution IPA.
NFL Returns - Open at 10am Starting Sunday, 9/10
The NFL is about to return, which means we'll switch over to extended Sunday hours so that you can watch the morning games in their entirety. We'll have DirecTV NFL Sunday Ticket playing on all five tvs, so come early to claim your spot and watch the out-of-market games and cheer on your fantasy team. We'll also be serving up our breakfast pizza, so come hungry!

Blueberry Day Dreamin' (Golden Ale w/ Fruit)- 4.7% (Early September)
Introducing the second installment of our Day Dreamin’ series of fruited golden ales. This beer is light and easy to drink, with fruity sweetness that's not overpowering. This version will be blueberry!
Illusion (Session IPA)- 4.5% (Early September)
This beer is brewed with Amarillo, Azacca, and Mosaic hops. It's tropical, easy drinking and has a balanced bitterness.
Nitro Frantic (Coffee Oatmeal Stout w/ Oak)- 7.0% (Mid September)
Frantic returns on nitro! This beer is made with Beacon coffee based out of Ventura. The beer is roasty, chocolaty and rich. The combination of white oak and oats give this beer a creamy texture with a touch of woodsy dryness that cuts through the beer's sweet malt flavor.
Batch 176 (American IPA)- 6.6% (Mid September)
We brewed this beer to be a classic American IPA, but we threw in a couple newer school hops (Citra, Mosaic) to pair with our older school favorites (Cascade, Simcoe). We also changed things up a bit and hopped this beer continuously throughout the boil.
Sedation (Hoppy Session Red)- 4.0% (Mid September)
One of our original beers, Sedation combines malty and toasty flavors with floral and citrusy hop flavors. It's brewed with Centennial, Cascade and HBC-342.
Batch 175 (Cryo Double IPA)- 9.1% (Late September)
A new DIPA hopped with Cascade, Mosaic, and Simcoe. This beer utilizes a boatload a cryo hops, a newer hop processing technique known for its intense hop flavors and life-like fruit characteristics. Expect huge hop aroma and sharp bitterness.
Apricot Day Dreamin' (Golden Ale w/ Fruit)- 4.7% (Late September)
Our third installment of our Day Dreamin’ series of fruited golden ales. This batch is brewed with apricots!
