Happy New Year! We're kicking off 2017 by adding two new pizzas to the menu today. We also have some exciting new beers coming down the pipeline. 

Thank you all for an amazing 2016! Between moving into our larger brewery, opening a kitchen and growing the IAC team, it's a year we'll never forget. We're expecting 2017 to be just as memorable, we have plans to expand our fermentation space, which means more beer and wider distribution. Be on the lookout for updates regarding our upcoming expansion.


JANUARY PIZZA

This month's specialty pizza is the P.A.T. - prosciutto, arugula, tomato. It's also topped with fresh garlic, basil and a balsamic glaze. It's salty, savory and a touch sweet. It pairs great with our newly released Klarheit, a hoppy German style lager. We brought back one of our most popular pizzas - the Pear, Blue, Bacon.


TRIVIA TUESDAYS @ INSTITUTION

Trivia is happening every Tuesday night at 7:00pm. Grab some friends and head down to the brewery for good beer and good times! Spots can fill up quickly, so get here early to lock-in your chance to play. Institution gift cards are given to the winners and playing is free!

INSTITUTION IPA (WEST COAST IPA) - TAPS TOMORROW!
Our flagship IPA got wiped out during the holiday rush, but thankfully it is returning tomorrow! Come grab some ultra fresh Institution!

INSTITUTION IPA w/ PEPPERS (West Coast IPA) - EARLY JANUARY!
We added some habaneros to a batch of IPA, giving it a clean, sharp spiciness. It will be ready soon, so be on the lookout.

BATCH 081 (PALE ALE) - MID JANUARY
We're releasing a new experimental pale ale in a couple of weeks. It's double dry hopped with Nelson and Cascade hops. It's super hoppy and easy drinking. 

RESTRAINT W/ COCONUT, VANILLA BEANS & COCOA NIBS (MAPLE BROWN ALE) - MID JANUARY
Our flagship brown ale is getting dosed with toasted coconut, rich vanilla beans and cocoa nibs. It's a small batch that won't be around long, so get here when it taps!

NITRO FRANTIC (COFFEE OATMEAL STOUT w/ OAK) - MID JANUARY
Frantic will be back in a few weeks. It's our oatmeal stout aged on white oak and Beacon coffee. It's one of our favorite dark beers, showing notes of dark chocolate, roasty coffee and black pepper.

DISARRAY (DOUBLE IPA) - LATE JANUARY
Our big 10.1% double IPA will tap later this month. Disarray is resinous, dank and piney. A more classic, highly bitter double.

DELUSIONS OF GRANDEUR (BARLEYWINE) - LATE JANUARY
It's almost time for our annual release of Delusions of Grandeur, our big American Barleywine. This beer has rich malt character with caramel and raisin notes. 

Plus, be on the lookout for experimental small batch projects and casks!
