There's a lot happening at IAC this month! We have new beers, new pizzas, lunch specials and adjusted hours for the upcoming NFL season. Read below for all the details. Keep up with us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for specific beer release dates and other news.
We are now offering personal size pizzas during the weekdays. Stop in Monday - Friday from 11am - 2pm and grab a personal pizza and a soda for $7. The lunch special includes a soda, but that doesn't mean you can't also grab a pint and some growlers for later.

BATCH #033 (DOUBLE IPA) - EARLY SEPTEMBER
An experimental double IPA brewed with a heavy amount of wheat. This brew checks in at 8.0% abv and is hopped with Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade and Mosaic.
TOAKED FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY IPA (IPA) - EARLY SEPTEMBER
To celebrate the Thousand Oaked Homebrewers 5 year anniversary, we brewed a limited release double dry hopped IPA that will be on tap in our tasting room early this month.
AZACCA (PROGRESS PALE SERIES) - EARLY SEPTEMBER
Our latest variation of our Progress Pale Series will get kegged early this month. This batch uses Azacca hops, a hop we've never brewed with before. Azacca is known for its tropical and citrus flavors.
FRANTIC (COFFEE OATMEAL STOUT w/ OAK) - EARLY SEPTEMBER
We brewed up a batch of non-nitro Frantic, which means it will finally be available for growler fills when it taps early this month. Frantic is our oatmeal stout brewed with Beacon coffee and white oak.
RATCHED (RYE PORTER) - MID SEPTEMBER
Our fall seasonal, Ratched, will return in the middle of the month. Ratched is a rye porter brewed with a medley of dark and caramelized malts. Ratched is medium bodied and semi-sweet with chocolate and coffee notes.
NITRO COFFEE RATCHED (RYE PORTER) - MID SEPTEMBER
Along with regular Ratched, we are also brewing a nitro version with coffee beans added. This will also go on tap in the middle of September.
SCHWARZBIER (SCHWARZBIER/DARK LAGER) - LATE SEPTEMBER
Last month we brewed our first lager! This brew was a collaboration with the winning brewer of the Romancing The Beer Homebrew competition. This dark, malty lager will go on tap at the end of the month.

SEPTEMBER PIZZA - CHILE VERDE
Each month we rotate a specialty pizza onto our menu. This month's pizza is CHILE VERDE, our thin crust style pizza with salsa verde, carnitas, red onion and cotija cheese. This sweet and spicy pizza pairs great with our pale ales and IPAs. Also, last month's Buffalo Chicken Pizza was so popular we're keeping it around for at least another month!
OPEN 10AM SUNDAYS, STARTING SEPT. 11
We'll be opening up an hour early on Sundays during the NFL season, starting September 11th. Stop in at 10am to catch the morning games. We'll also be serving up a special breakfast pizza on Sundays, so come hungry!
LABOR DAY HOURS
We'll be open from 11am - 4pm on Labor Day, Monday, September 5th. Stop in for a pint and get those growlers filled! Kitchen closes at 3pm.
