October is packed full of fun events and new menu items. We're throwing a parking lot party to celebrate our third anniversary, we're tapping our first lager, a new pizza is going on the menu and of course, tons of new beers!


ANNIVERSARY PARTY TICKETS ON SALE NOW!

Tickets to our anniversary party are on sale now and can be purchased HERE.  This "beer fest" style event will take place throughout our tasting room, brewery and parking lot. Ticket price includes a sampling glass and unlimited samples of all the beers being poured. We'll have live music, guest beers on tap from many of our favorite breweries, food trucks and tons of Institution beers on tap, including our 3rd Year Anniversary IPA. Ater the event, we'll be selling cans of our anniversary beer. Don't miss it!


OCTOBER PIZZA - PROSCIUTTO PINEAPPLE

This month's specialty pizza is Prosciutto Pineapple, our twist on the classic "Hawaiian". This pizza is loaded up with prosciutto, pineapple, fresh garlic, roasted onions and goat cheese. This pizza is absolutely delicious and pairs great with White Walls IPA!


SCHWARZBIER RELEASE PARTY! KEEP THE GLASS NIGHT, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6TH

We brewed our first lager in collaboration with the Romancing The Beer Homebrew contest winner, Andy Carter. Andy's winning beer is a Schwarzbier, a dark German-style lager. We're tapping this collaboration brew this Thursday at 4pm. We also made special lager glassware commemorating this brew. The first couple hundred people to stop in and order our Schwarzbier get to keep the glass! Remember the beer taps at 4pm and glassware is limited. See you there!

NITRO COFFEE RATCHED (RYE PORTER) - THIS WEEK
Last month we tapped our fall seasonal, Ratched. This week we are tapping the nitro version with coffee added. 

SCHWARZBIER (SCHWARZBIER/DARK LAGER) - THURSDAY AT 4PM
Our first ever lager, brewed in collaboration with TOAKED homebrew contest winner, Andy Carter. Keep the Glass Night kicksoff at 4pm this Thursday!

BOYSENBERRY RESTRAINT (MAPLE BROWN ALE) - THIS WEEK
We took our flagship brown ale, Restraint, and added boysenberries and vanilla beans. This creamy and fruity variant of Restraint will tap later this week.

DISARRAY (DOUBLE IPA) - EARLY OCTOBER
We're bringing back our original double IPA, Disarray. This DIPA is a classic "west coast" hop bomb with tons of bitterness and high abv (10.1%).  Simcoe, Summit and Columbus hops give this beer a dank and piney flavor profile.

STATIC (RED IPA) - MID OCTOBER
In honor of fall, we're bringing back our red IPA, Static. Crystal malts give this beer a ruby red color and give hints of toffee and caramel, complementing the fruit-forward hop flavors. Though more malty than our traditional IPAs, this beer still finishes dry and crisp.

THAI CHILI WHITE WALLS (WHITE IPA) - MID OCTOBER
Our White IPA with Thai Chilis is returning in a couple weeks. This is one of our most popular spicy beers.

PUMPKIN RESTRAINT (MAPLE BROWN ALE) - LATE OCTOBER
Later this month we're tapping Pumpkin Restraint. This is our maple brown ale brewed with pumpkin spices - cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, all spice and vanilla. It's one of our most popular beers and will return just before Halloween.

Plus, be on the lookout for experimental small batch projects and casks! 


ADDITIONAL PARKING!

We leased out more parking a few buildings over. We know parking can be tight, especially on weekends and during special events. Thankfully, you now can park down the street at 300 Camarillo Ranch Rd. It's a short three minute walk from the brewery and there is always open parking!
